Vintage Anyone?

Well after months of my teenage daughter nagging me to make something from some curtain material I picked up in an Op Shop about 6 years ago, we finally put our scissors to work.  With the help (uhumm) of artful teenager we commenced a journey in which of course I took over the whole project, purely through frustration and slowwwwwwwwwwwness of the artful teenager, who might I say has not a clue how to sew!!  Look how our little skirt turned out!  And guess what?  I added a ZIP!!!! YAYYYYY!

    Oh My goodness, this is gorgeous. The taste of the artful teengager is clear! and the sewing skill of dear mum :) Well done - right up my alley.
